A personal guide will meet you at the Tbilisi airport, from where you will be transferred to the hotel. A day tour will start at a time convenient for you from OLD TBILISI. In the morning, after breakfast, we will begin our excursions to the heart of the Caucasus Mountains, starting from the historic Ananuri Fortress overlooking the river. This amazing architectural complex overlooking Zhinvli water reservoir consists of an ancient castle, church and some other complimentary premises. Soon after Ananiri, we will enter the town of Dusheti and the Fasanauri village, which is known for its river activities and kayaking. Then we will continue our way to the town of Gudauri, passing through the monument of friendship, which overlooks one of the best gorges of the Caucasus Mountains, covered with white snow. After visiting the city, we will continue our way to the peaks of the Caucasus Mountain Range at an altitude of 6000 meters above sea level to the city of Kazbegi on the Georgian-Russian border. We will keep going until we reach the top of Mount Gergrati, which provides absolutely stunning views of the southern Caucasus landscape.

After our tasty breakfast, we will make our way to the Bakuriani (around a 3-hour drive from Tbilisi), the most popular mountain resort in Georgia known for its pristine alpine nature and well-diversified trails.
Bakuriani is positioned on one of the most beautiful parts of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, it is an ideal place for people of all ages and provides winter guests with several skiing and snowboarding tracks. In the summertime, you can enjoy here horse riding, quad biking, Quadro tours, or just take a walk around the mountain town, with oxygen-loaded frosty air and sunny valleys.
Overnight stay in Bakuriani

After breakfast in the morning, we drive to Tbilisi. A brief rest at the hotel then to begin our city tour. We’ll first visit Turtle Lake, take a walk in the surrounding nature, and enjoy pedaling rubber boats in the lake and dining at one of the upscale restaurants or cafes with a view of the lake.
